It is easy. Click on the Register link on the home page and fill in the required details. We will send the login details to your registered email address.
If you register with Jumbo Travel, we save you the trouble of repeatedly typing your details when you return to the site to make a booking. Additionally, Earn Points for Free travel, Save with Member prices, Manage Your Bookings, Get benefited by a personalized experience and registration opens the option to receive great travel deals from us via email.

Sign in to your Jumbo Travel account and under My profile. Then go through each tab and update the necessary account information. Click on the Save button. Your account information will be updated.
The username is a unique identity and cannot be changed. For a new username, you will need to register on the website as a new member.
Click Logout on the main menu and you will be logged off.
We use the latest technology to encrypt your personal details and transactions to ensure your personal data is secured. The Web Site uses a technology called SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL encrypts all communications between your computer and our server so that the information can only be read and understood by us. The website is in compliance with the standard of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Kuwait and registered under DGCA No.: 102-ATL/19.

Any information you enter when transacting over Jumbo Travel’s web site is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional information disclosure to third parties. Your payments made online on our website using Debit or Credit card is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways which uses 3D security settings. Note you are entering the card details directly onto the payment gateways portals, Jumbo Travel does not have access to any of your card details, does not process payments and store any of your card information.
The Security Code is an important new security feature established by credit card companies in an attempt to further reduce the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and it is only found on the card itself. The cardholder is required to enter the code number at the time of the transaction to verify that the card is in their possession.

It is not necessary to re-confirm Hotel reservations but if any changes are required to the hotel reservation, please contact our Customer Support Team.
Cancelation policy varies from hotel to hotel based on the rate and period you have booked. It may either be 100% Non-refundable or refundable with a penalty charge. The cancelation policy and applicable charges are clearly indicated at the time you book. Note if there are any cancelation charges, penalties applicable against your cancelled booking, along with the hotel penalty charges Jumbo Travel also will levy a service and processing fee.

It is not necessary to re-confirm flight reservations. However, make certain to include your contact details for both your departure country and the destination in your booking details and online profile in the event the airline needs to contact you regarding any changes to the schedule.
Depending on the fare you have purchased, services like Seat assignment, Meals, check in Baggage etc. may be free or charged. The details of these services if free or charged is clearly indicated at the time of booking. If the Airline you are booking allows to pre assign seats free or paid will reflect online for you to choose and action accordingly. You may be able to confirm your seat assignments online through the airline’s web site as well. You can also request seat assignments at the check-in counter if your airline does not provide online seat assignment confirmation. Of course, you are always welcome to contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
Each airline has different cancellation charges and depends on the fare you have booked. The respective charges are mentioned on the booking page at the time of making a reservation. Along with the airline cancelation penalty charges Jumbo Travel also will levy a service and processing fee.

A maximum of 9 seats (or 9 travelers) can be booked at one time. If you need to book more than 9 travelers you will need to book the additional travelers separately, contact our Customer Support Team and we’ll handle the details for you.
An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers may be asked to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter when checking in for the flight.
Once payment is made and acknowledged, your e-Ticket details will be sent to the registered email address you provided during the booking process.
Usually all you need to do is present your personal credentials, i.e. your passport and any other required documents like Visa, health certificates etc., at the airport check-in counter, and the airline will issue your boarding pass. However, we strongly recommend that you carry your e-Ticket confirmation number or booking reference with you to the airport. If you check in online, you still must collect your boarding pass at your airline’s check-in counter prior to proceeding to Immigration.
It is not mandatory to show your e-Ticket confirmation email, but we strongly recommend that you print and carry your e-Ticket confirmation number or booking reference with you to the airport to avoid delays.
It will take up to 1 month from date of application to process a refund for an unused ticket or partially used ticket. Application for a refund takes place when you notify Jumbo Travel of your request for a refund by contacting our Customer Support Team.
Your refund will be processed to the same credit card/debit card that was used to make the original purchase only after we receive the refund amount from respective airline or hotel. If you are outside of Kuwait, we can also transfer the refund to your account after you provide your bank details to our Customer Support Team.

Jumbo Travel works with most levels of your browser's privacy settings, so your experience will not change. However, we recommend you to switch off the Autofill and periodically clear your cache, cookies and history of your browser.
